Home Bird costs £19.99 a year or £2.99 a month per home. Every new home starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card needed. Switch between monthly and yearly at any time, and cancel whenever you like — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I share my home record?+
Yes. You can share a read-only service logbook. When you move, you can transfer ownership of the home record to the next owner.
Are my documents public?+
No. Uploaded house files are private. The shareable logbook is a separate, read-only view of the service history; choose when to share its link.
Can I export my information?+
You can download your outgoings and service record as spreadsheets from the dashboard.
